PostcardMania designed a 6″ x 8.5″ postcard that included the following features:
- Photos of homes that were recently listed and sold in the area, showing the realty company is trustworthy
- A sub-headline on the back of the card that leads into the core information and entices the recipient to linger and look at the text longer
- An offer of a free market analysis
- A photo of Greg which makes the message more personal
Greg mailed a total of 4,500 postcards to his own list of contacts. This was a one-time mailing, but Greg has been doing direct mail marketing with PostcardMania since 2014.
The Results
He generated 6 responses and $300,000 in revenue!
As a result of this direct mail campaign, Greg received 6 responses, he converted all of them and generated $300,000 in revenue for his realty company.
He only spent $2,606 on these postcards so his return on investment went through the roof and amounted to 11,412%! Knowing that the postcards consistently bring in leads for him, Greg is planning more direct mail campaigns for the future.
