The Situation

Fuller Insurance is an insurance agency located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. They were looking for a creative way to let wealthy homeowners know about their services when they decided to start marketing so they contacted PostcardMania for ideas

The Solution

They consistently marketed ever since they joined on in 2006! They recently upgraded decided on an Everywhere Small Business campaign that combined direct mail postcards with matching digital ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. They featured images of luxury waterfront properties, a similar item featured in other campaigns targeting the wealthy.

Fuller Insurance’s postcard design included:

• An offer for a free quote on the day the recipient calls
• A glowing five star review from a previous client

Because Fuller Insurance sells expensive insurance policy bundles, they needed to target homeowners with high-value property investments they need to protect. So, they used a mailing list of homeowners in affluent areas where beach condos and properties reside.

The Results

Reached $1 million revenue goal!

Over 6 years of consistent marketing, Fuller Insurance reached their goal of $1 million in revenue! They average a 5-10% response rate and receive $3,000 to $10,000 per sale.
