Garza Income Tax Services is a multi-service agency offering tax preparation and insurance services to the residents of Houston, TX. When tax season rolled around, they called PostcardMania for help getting the word out about their services.

Another effective aspect of the card is that much of the text is in Spanish! This is because many of the tax preparers customers are Hispanic. In fact, Harris County (where Houston is located) has the second-largest Hispanic population in the United States, behind Miami.

We shipped 5,000 postcards to Garza Income Tax Services for them to mail out to their clients and prospects.

The Results

358 responses and $62,000 in revenue!

After mailing out only 2,500 postcards, the tax preparers had received 358 responses! They closed 180 of those callers for a total revenue of about $8,000. Of those customers, more than half returned for the other services Garza offers (insurance, etc.), which brought this campaigns revenue up to a grand total of $62,000!
