The Solution
With the help of their marketing consultant, the remodelers decided on a fully integrated direct mail campaign that would target their ideal prospects people who own older homes and can afford to upgrade them!
It started with a results-generating postcard design:
- The bold headline and sub-headline draw in the recipient with the offer of a FREE consultation and FREE iPad
- Before and after photos show exactly what kind of work the company does
- The bullet-pointed text is full of BENEFITS, which tell prospects what they would get out of working with this business
- The Better Business Bureau logo tells recipients this is a reliable and trustworthy company
Atlanta Home Designers bought a mailing list of 2,500 homeowners between the ages of 40 and 65 and a household income of at least $100,000 whose homes were valued at $200,000 or more and were built between 1985 and 2005. (Yep, we can get THAT specific!)
To ensure the best possible results, the construction company mailed the postcards out six times, because repetition creates familiarity and trust and increases the likelihood your prospects will act!
For even MORE exposure, they added DirectMail2.0 to their campaign, so when an interested prospect visited their website (as 95% of interested prospects do), they would start seeing Atlanta Home Designers ads all over the internet!
The Results
